The new Singapore Car Mini Football League 2009 is here. What’s special about this league? Our D2D team gets the scoop.

There are currently 6 teams that are participating in the League. League rules remain the same and top three teams stand to win trophies. Here’s the lowdown of the teams;

- SINGAPORE HONDA CLUB (SHC)
- HONDA FIT JAZZ CLUB (FJC)
- OLD UNITED
- NANYANG POLY 93
- UNIDO FC
- MALAY REGIMENT FIT JAZZ CLUB (MRFJC)

Joe, the organizer of this Car Mini League is very much motivated to run this in the hope to bond footballers from different teams and encourage the spirit of brotherhood, friendship and friends. Having heard good response about D2D from a friend who had participated in a D2D league before, Joe did not hesitate to take up the offer of engaging D2D to assist in managing this league.In fact, he’s looking forward to having friendly tournaments amongst friends, and increasing the number of teams to 10 next year. This will probably not be the last that you will hear from the unique Sg Car Mini League as Joe hopes to have this as an annual feature in their calendar. So do watch out for them!

Currently, the Sg Car Mini League 2009 engages D2D Sports in the following areas

1) pitches for their league matches

2) D2D referees

3) submitting match reports to organiser after each game
