Mid-Masters MD9 — Skopet's ruthless four-goal blitz sets the pace
A bruising day of attacking football saw four teams take to the pitch, with 11 goals shared across the fixtures in what proved a statement-making round for the division's sharpest finishers.
Bola Bola Api FC put on a dominant display against Northeastern Rovers FC, recovering from an early setback to claim a commanding 4–1 victory. Mohamad Nazree Bin Mohamad Baseri gave Northeastern a dream start in the seventh minute, but Lokman drew level just nine minutes later. Mohamad Helmi Bin Mohamad then took over proceedings, scoring three times to seal a crushing win. His treble takes his season tally to 8 goals, cementing his status as one of the division's most prolific strikers.
Chong Hwa Football Club kept their own momentum building with a narrow but hard-fought 1–0 victory over A10 Pioneers FC. Wang Shuai settled the contest in the 33rd minute with his first goal of the campaign, and neither side could find another breakthrough despite sustained pressure. A professional performance from the home side in what proved a tight affair.
The afternoon's most devastating display, however, belonged to Skopet FC, who dismantled Soccer Kaki with a clinical 4–0 demolition. Muhammad Rizman Bin Samad opened the scoring as early as the sixth minute, with Mohammed Ridwan Bin Mansor doubling the lead by the 25th mark. Ahmad Kamal Farhi Bin Mohd Masbur then delivered the knockout blow with two goals in quick succession before half-time, taking his tally to 2 for the season. Soccer Kaki offered little resistance on the night.
Waris Irsyad Warriors made it a winning day for the chasing pack, edging out Teh Tarik FC 1–0 thanks to Ahmad Ainal Yakin Hutabarat's 15th-minute strike, which marks his third goal of the campaign.
With 11 goals spread across the matchday, the attacking intent was clear from all corners of the division. Skopet's ruthless efficiency in front of goal and Bola Bola Api's second-half explosiveness both signal dangerous form as the season progresses. Next matchday cannot come soon enough.
